• Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
• Defective Items: If your electronics arrive damaged or stop working within the first 30 days due to a manufacturer defect, we will provide a prepaid return label and a full refund or replacement.
• Non-Returnable: Software, gift cards, and items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
• Process: To start a return, email us at support@thepodsshop.com with your order number.

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays.
• Shipping Rates: Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days ($8.00 or FREE on orders over $70).
• Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for the link to become active.
• Domestic Only: At this time, we only ship within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and military APO/FPO addresses).
